Paulius Raškauskas

Food science has always been more than a profession for me – it is a way to understand how science can improve human well-being. I am a chemical engineer with a background in food science and technology and many years of experience in the field of nutritional supplement care. This experience has given me a deep understanding of safety, quality and the importance of science-based solutions. Internship in Denmark helped me look at health through a Scandinavian prism – where self-care is a natural element of everyday life, based on minimalism, function and respect for the body. I try to convey this approach in my work – by creating products that really work and contribute to a quality, long life.

• 2013 - 2015 Kaunas University of Technology Master’s degree programme – Food Science and Technology. Food Safety.
• 2015 Research internship at the Technical University of Denmark, Department of Biological Systems.
• 2016 - 2022. Chief Specialist - Inspector of the Vilnius Department of the State Food and Veterinary Service.
• since 2022. Quality Assurance Manager in food supplement industry companies.
