WHAT IS FENUGREEK?

Fenugreek is a perennial plant of the pea family, also known as Greek hay or Greek clover. Fenugreek can be used for food, spices, cosmetics, and medicine. Fenugreek seeds contain coumarins, steroid saponins, essential oil that gives the seeds their distinctive aroma, and alkaloids. Stems and leaves contain choline, saponins, diosgenin, mucilage, bitter compounds, tannins, resins, vitamin C, and fatty oils.

WHY IS IT BENEFICIAL?

Fenugreek helps maintain normal blood glucose level.

A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients. Rice flour, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract 20:1 (containing 50% saponins), capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Each capsule contains: 65 mg of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract 20:1 (containing 32.5 mg of saponins), equivalent to 1300 mg of pure fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed powder.
